Week 1 [Work Based Learning]

What happened?

This week we learned about Employability and the Defining of Work related Learning

What was good?

The Tutor gave us opportunity to re-definethe concept Work Related Learning. Upon this point, I started to allow my mind to re-trail the knowledge-bank in mmy memory.

I managed to utilise my mind contructively by excavating valuable definiition informaiton which is central to this new level of Work Based Learning. Below was my contruction.

WRL is a study of concepts, methods, and techniques aimed at training students to acquaint students with skills and knowledge the work environment in an endeavour to prepare them for the future job applications, making them thus practically employable.

What was bad?

I at first found most of the content a little bit of a monotony as much of it was covered last year.

How could I have amde it better?

I could have made it better by being patient and waiting for the totor to finish while at the same time allowing my mind to sink into the scope of the study at hand.
